More self-confidence requires you falling in love with you!
To have more self-confidence you must be sold on yourself.
You see, if you are not sold on yourself something is wrong! It means you’re not living your life to the fullest.
It means you are starving for yourself! And this can’t go on.
What I do with my work and what I’ve always done for almost 30 years is to have people coming back to appreciate themselves.
To let go of any shame of who you are and if necessary, place it where belongs.
We are all responsible for how we handle what life throws at us.
Though not responsible for what was thrown!
I hope you understand the difference, and if you don’t I’ll be happy to guide you along the way.
My aim is to sell you on you!
The ultimate goal is to have you fall in love with yourself again, so deeply, so irrevocable that your self-love will perpetually increase every day for the rest of your life.
Admit that it sounds intriguing! 😍
I have been sure of “being in love with oneself”. I fear that’s way over the top. Being satisfied or content with oneself- I like that better.
So, we’ll just have to agree on disagreeing. 🙂
What an empowering statement … “We are all responsible for how we handle what life throws at us.
Though not responsible for what was thrown!” YES – so true! Thank you for the encouragement.
My true pleasure Lori, glad you stopped by and took the time to leave feedback! 🙂
An excellent point. Love for our selves is definitely the springboard for confidence in our selves. Thanks for sharing, definitely will keep this in mind.
Please do Nisha, it shifts all your relationships to more loving ones. 🙂
i totally agree with your post you should fall in love with yourself first then move ahead in your life.
We are born loving ourselves, it’s a question of reclaiming that innate self-love. 🙂
Great article thank you for sharing
Thanks for your visit!
Great post, thank you!
You’re so welcome Mary! 🙂
I love it. It’s just what I need. Spreading your word.
Thank you and please do! Love for one’s self breeds love for others.
Great theme to help people!! I hope you reach a lot of people and help them love themselves!
😀 I do too, Anita! Thanks for the encouragement.
“We are all responsible for how we handle what life throws at us.” I love this line of your post and this is exactly what my granddaughter and grandson are doing after leaving an abusive home life.
Awesome to hear Martha! As grown-ups it’s in our own hands to take out what doesn’t serve us that we carry in our backpack.
Great Post Stella, I am totally dol on myself and all of the flaws that go along with the ‘making of me’. I’ve learned throughout life that nothing is guaranteed except the way I look and approach each obstacle. Very uplifting post.
Your body is the only reason you’re here on the planed. Be kind to it, it loves you! 🙂
