It’s not what you wear that creates body confidence.

It’s not what you wear that creates body confidence.

It’s the confidence from within, sent out.

That will choose what you’ll wear for that day.

When you come to trust your body
she will offer you your best outfit for the day.
When you truly take your body with you while shopping,
she will choose for you
And she will choose the right thing based on true confidence.

Everything I’m wearing in this outfit was bought through that method.
And everything apart from the shoes are thrift finds.

Kind of classy, don’t you think?

If you too want to come home into you, to be your body, and have true communication with her I can help you!

Hell yes – that is so true. For everything – life is lived inside out, and not the other way around!

Could one say it’s never a good idea going “comfortshopping” when you are sad. As my body confidence isn’t with me and I’ll probably never feel comfortable in those clothes that isn’t choosen from within.

Yes, Yvonne, I think this is the very root of “having a closet full of clothes and nothing to wear”.
