Are you living the lie?

Are you living the lie?

A happy life can’t be derived from pretense. 💔

Living up and down to others expectations won’t get you there.
Your life is yours and has to be lived on your terms.
I get that you don’t know how to do that yet. 😑

I get you’re still constantly criticizing yourself.

Judging your face, your body, your voice, how you dress, what you eat, how much you earn…

Anything and everything about you.

You comparing yourself to others out here is going completely out of hand.
Because…

One more look at an arranged Insta pic and you’ll delete your account. 😣
One more attendance at a “how successful I am webinar” and you’ll become nauseous. 🤢
One more over promise on how easy it is “in six weeks” and you’ll start crying. 😞

You’re starting to feel like you’re reaching a limit. ⛔️
A limit of how much pretending and BS you can take. ❌
From yourself and from others. 🚫

You’re starting to get to the point where you KNOW it’s mostly a facade.
You’re getting to the point where you KNOW this truth ↙️

You’re playing along in a game.
Participating in someone else’s story
and the only way you can pull out of it is this: ↙️

You’ve got to stop pretending! ↙️
✨ It’s non-negotiable. ✨ 🤞🏽🤞🏻🤞🏼🤞🏾🤞🏿

Join my webinar on Sunday, I’m fed up too!

One or perhaps even two lucky women will get a taste of what it’s like to work with me. Is that you?
Register here to be able to attend and have a taste of what a body confidence shift can be like. 🙂

Sorry to sound decent but I honestly do not compare myself to anyone else anymore. Did before, but I have stopped. I am who I am and I don’t want to be anyone else. This is the only way for me to live a happy and healthy life.

So, what that really means is that this post isn’t aimed at you Anna, and you know that. 😃
Most women do play the pretend game though. I know because she ends up as my client, sooner or later…

I am so happy to say, this post isn’t directed at me either. It would, if it had been 10+ years ago that I read it. But now…. no. I don’t compare myself. I don’t belittle myself. I practice self-honoring myself and the results are amazing, because boy does it ever save energy!

YES, Helena, the ENERGY waste is just too much! I’ve been there too so just like you I know the difference on my own skin. 😀
