I give a task to many of my clients to develop the habit each day of treating themselves – because they are worth it. For many basic elements of hair, nail, foot, skin care at the go to activities. The difference in the women over time is fabulousand significantly boosts their self esteem

As I say in the video: I don’t wear red lipstick to gain confidence, I wear it because I have the confidence to wear it! ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi Stella, I think caring about the way you look is a great way to show others that you care enough about yourself to take care of your health. Great post. Spiritual healing is imperative for a well-balanced life. (FB: Addie Cotoure)

True, but above all, it’s a way to show yourself you care about yourself and that is what really creates the message to the world. That it’s not about them. ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi Stella, thank you for sharing this. I have found that when you work from home often you don’t dress up as you feel there is no need to. But if you dress up for work it comes through in your work. Puts you in the right mindset for business.

That is such a valid point Gwen! Always dress the part, love dressing the part! Feel comfortable and gorgeous every day. Life is too short for anything else + your clients notice the vibe! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Thank you for making this blog post. I’m actually in the middle of writing something that talks about one reason I want to lose weight and it was the way that I look. I almost deleted that sentence, but after this I think I’ll leave it there. ๐Ÿ™‚

    That delights me April! ๐Ÿ˜€

Thank you for the post. People should be free to look as they please. No judgement necessary. “Life is a party. Dress for it.”

That’s right! Always show up, even if it’s “only” for yourself.
