Why personal growth isn’t a “do it yourself” thing.

During my four years of training to become a gestalt therapist it was all about personal growth. Not only for the clients to come, but for myself.

In my face pod below, I mention an experience during that time that forever changed my life and how I live it.

One of my supervisors kindly informed me about this: I was committing the greatest sin of all, I was postponing.

I happened there, in person, because we were in the same room.

But let’s pretend we are in the same room today and follow my advice for you.
Take a good look in the mirror and ask yourself – are YOU postponing?

Anything?

Because if you are, you’re postponing your life!

Don’t postpone   –  Listen to the full episode, now.

I’ve found that postponing things can be down to low energy or resilience. I’ve been through of few years of grieving after losing people when I withdrew a lot and have certainly put things off. You’re right about not living and now I am catching up.
