A few weeks ago I was asked if I would participate in an interview series Devi Ann Wieser was to hold. She works with love coaching, to help any woman dare to date and attract her perfect man.

What she wanted to talk about was how important is it really to sleep well? And how bad sleep affects anyone who wants to find and maintain a good relationship and thriving love life? A complex concern of course, but during this hour I do what I can to adress the “lack of sleep issue” with the perspective of “attraction and relationship.”
