Perhaps You Can Drink Coffee And Still Sleep?

I’m not gonna say this “avoid-coffee-thing” is a scam, but I do know people can sip afternoon coffee and still sleep. Therefore I say coffee might not be the real challenge for you. There are too many tips out there for the person with a chronic sleep disorder, and avoiding coffee in the afternoon is one of them.

Since I have tried so many of those tips with no results whatsoever, I’ve started to call them myths. If you’re an insomniac since long, you need real action. Yes, you do need to look into what the avoidance stands for. Because I can assure you it serves a purpose.

You are not self-destructive!

If I’m here to provoke you? Perhaps. It’s okay to be irritated, thinking I don’t understand your problem. But do you know what? I didn’t sleep well for 45 years and now I do, hence I have very strong ideas about this.

I know what works. Not only for me but for my clients too. I’ve seen it again and again, and it’s always the same story. What’s appears to be self-destructive, lack of discipline, stupidity etc serves a deeper purpose.

You might not be affected by coffee, at all…

Wouldn’t it be lovely to have that cup of caffeine in the afternoon? I’ve had clients discovering just that: coffee was not the problem! If you can’t sleep at night, something else could well lurk behind your sleepless nights.
